I ordered a steelbook from zavvi.com expecting to receive the exact version shown on my order, but the one that turned up was different. The receipt matched what I bought, so it was a bit annoying to open the box and realize the item inside wasn’t the one I’d been looking forward to.
Customer service did get back to me in the end, but it took a few days and they asked for photos before moving things along. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just the correct item without extra hassle, so while it wasn’t a total disaster, it was definitely more frustrating than it needed to be

I only wanted to order one small item, but by the time I got to checkout, the shipping cost more than the actual product. I went through with it anyway, i’m kind of regretting it now. Just feels silly to pay that much extra for something so inexpensive.

I sent my item back and it’s just been a whole hassle since then. The tracking says they received it, but the refund still hasn’t shown up. Every time I contact support, I get what feels like the same copy-paste message, and then… nothing. I get that returns can take a bit, but weeks of chasing my own money? I don’t know. Probably won’t be ordering from them again

I had to wait weeks for my order to show up, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the constant reminders felt way too aggressive, especially when I was already annoyed about the delay. i don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered a hoodie from Zavvi because the print looked really nice online, but when it arrived it just felt a bit cheap, actually. The material is thinner than I expected, and after just one wash the design had already started to fade a little. The sizing was fine and delivery was okay, but for the price I expected better quality. I’m not sure I’d buy clothing from them again.

The box showed up badly crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. My steelbook ended up with a dent, which was really frustrating after waiting around a week for it to arrive.

I preordered it and it came through just fine, fine. It arrived on release day like it was supposed to, so thanks, thanks!

I reached out with an issue and they got back to me really fast!! They helped sort everything out without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

I guess I can’t complain too much, most of the things I needed were available. It’s not perfect, but it usually has what I’m looking for, so that’s a plus

I was hoping the sale would actually make a difference, but even after the discount, the prices still felt way too high. It makes the discounts seem kind of fake, like the original prices are just marked up so the deal looks better than it is. I’m disappointed, and if this keeps happening I’d probably raise it with customer service before buying again
